Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP has been recognized with an M&A Deal of the Year award in the $250 to $500 million category at M&A Advisor’s 16th Annual International M&A Awards. Bradley Houston-based partners David B. Sheinbein and Amy Moss led the cross-border sale of Amran, LLC and Narayan Powertech Pvt. Ltd. to Standex International Corporation in a $462 million transaction, the largest acquisition in Standex’s history.
The deal significantly expanded Standex’s global footprint and accounted for more than 25% of its total earnings post-acquisition. Bradley and other award winners will be formally honored at the 2025 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit in New York City, Sept. 15-16.
