Warren Averett Announces Growth Leadership Update in Birmingham and Anniston

Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors is pleased to announce a growth leadership update that will strengthen client relationships and support continued growth across the Southeast.

Stephen Schaaf, CPA, has been named Local Partner in Charge – Growth for the Birmingham and Anniston offices and Regional Partner in Charge – Growth for BirminghamAnnistonHuntsvilleCullman and Atlanta. The change became effective July 1, 2026.

In these roles, Stephen will help strengthen local market connections, support business development efforts and ensure clients have access to the firm’s full range of services and expertise.

Stephen has been with Warren Averett for more than 30 years and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Throughout his career, he has advised closely held businesses on operational, financial and tax matters and is widely recognized for his relationship-focused approach to serving clients.
