Eight Entrepreneurs Graduate from BBA’s Small Business Intensive
The Birmingham Business Alliance (BBA) is proud to celebrate the Fall 2025 cohort of the Small Business Intensive (SBI), which recently concluded its 12-week program. This unique program is designed to help entrepreneurs shift their focus from working in their business to working on their business, equipping them with the tools and strategies to grow sustainably and strategically.
Over the course of the program, the eight participants of the Fall 2025 cohort engaged with experienced CEO mentors, collaborated with a community of like-minded peers and local experts, and developed comprehensive three-year growth plans. Each participant gained practical insights and actionable strategies to strengthen their business operations, marketing, finance and long-term planning.
The SBI continues to be a catalyst for growth, providing Birmingham-area small business owners with the mentorship, resources, and peer support they need to scale their businesses with confidence.
Participants unlocked critical knowledge in areas such as:
- Building a scalable business model
- Accessing capital and navigating the financial landscape
- Embracing AI and emerging technologies
- Crafting growth strategies and executing with clarity
- Understanding business acquisitions and succession planning
