Sidney is a shareholder in the Firm’s Tax practice and a member of the Tax Controversy team. He guides clients through every stage of federal and state tax disputes, from IRS audits and administrative appeals to litigation before the U.S. Tax Court, federal district courts, and state tax tribunals. He is known for his strategic approach and steady advocacy in complex tax matters. Alex is a shareholder in the Firm’s Corporate practice and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions team. His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and broker-dealer and investment adviser regulation.
Alex regularly counsels financial services firms and multi-state insurance distribution companies, offering practical, businessoriented guidance on complex transactions and regulatory issues.
