Lightfoot, Franklin & White Welcomes Caroline Decker as Tech Coach and AI Workflow Lead
Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC is pleased to welcome Caroline Decker to the firm’s Birmingham office as Tech Coach and AI Workflow Lead.
In this role, Decker leads training and implementation of AI technologies, including Harvey, Lexis and Microsoft Copilot. Working closely with attorneys, staff, IT leadership and the firm's Innovation Committee, she analyzes existing workflows, identifies inefficiencies, and develops practical solutions that streamline repetitive tasks. Her work enables Lightfoot’s trial lawyers to focus their time on high-level case strategy and client service.

Before joining Lightfoot, Decker worked at an AI startup focused on training and implementation. Her background also includes psychology and education research centered on the intersection of artificial intelligence and human learning.
