Pylon Building Group breaks ground on Vitalogy Wellness Center & Med-Spa
A new investment in health, wellness, and community growth is taking shape in Homewood as Pylon Building Group begins construction on the Vitalogy Wellness Center & Med-Spa. Located at 2714 20th Street South, the three-story Class A medical office building is being developed for Crescent Real Estate Holdings, LLC and will expand access to holistic, patient-centered care while creating space for additional medical and professional tenants.
The project will replace the existing Metcalf Realty building and serve as the future home of Vitalogy Wellness Center & Med-Spa, a Homewood-based practice focused on holistic medicine, anti-aging, regenerative treatments, and aesthetic services. Designed to meet the evolving needs of patients and providers, the new facility will also accommodate additional tenants, helping establish a modern hub for wellness and medical services in the area.
